 A ripening egg and sperm can take around 3 months to develop, therefore taking your nutrition seriously at this time may have far reaching effects on fertility. 

I offer you specific nutrition advice to support you on your journey. I work with both parents to help both the father and mother at this special time. You may wish to come and see me individually or as a couple. The advantage of couple’s appointments is that you can both improve your health and support each other at the same time.
