  1. I have been following the programme for 5 weeks now. You explain things so well that I have a greater understanding of what we eat, why we eat and the effect the food groups have on our bodies.
    The programme has been transformational for me. Although I did not have a lot of weight to lose (I have followed it for the health benefits), I have lost five pounds but I truly feel amazing! I sleep so much better and the bloating has gone. I love the recipes you have devised and do not struggle to maintain the fasting between meals. It just works and makes so much sense! Thank you Dominique.

    There are times in your life when you meet someone that’s so darn good at what they do, and you marvel that you were fortunate enough to run into them. So it is with Dominque. I thank my lucky stars that this is an individual who understands nutrition and the impact of it, AND wants to take time to share it with everyone else. I am a competitive rower, always looking to optimize nutrition and health, married to a physician. He agrees that her offerings are spot on. I’ve spent a lot of time over the years – Keto, Whole 30, Intermittent Fasting, ProlonFast, Zoe…you name it. What they offered was fine – I took tidbits from everything but it was never enough. Dominique offers the whole picture and it’s sustainable. Whether it’s Renew, Reset, Recharge or Triple 30, if you think you might benefit – trust your instincts and sign up. She cares about all of us and is warm-hearted. Most importantly, she is passionate about blending her expertise with your experience. Go for it – you won’t be disappointed.

The basic principles really made sense to how my body felt and realising that I am now in control of my appetite was a lightbulb moment!

  4. I’ve just completed four enjoyable weeks on the RRR programme and can’t recommend it highly enough.
    Thank you Dominique for your fabulous course and for the wealth of information you so passionately share not just here but on your Instagram account too.
    I’m of the generation of the 80s low fat diets – you name it I tried it – and have been a slave to calorie counting ever since but this has all changed now!
    Although I felt I was eating well before starting the programme I was always snacking between meals (albeit healthy snacks like fruit, nuts etc) so to now be able to go 4/5 hours without snacking and feeling hungry is a real game changer for me.
    I’m happy to have dropped several pounds but more importantly I feel I have been re-educated on how to eat well for life.
    Finally just to add the recipes are all delicious, quick and easy to prepare and beautifully photographed. If you’re still debating whether or not to buy this course I’d say go for it – you really won’t regret it.

    It is not a diet, but a sustainable way of life, flexible enough to adapt to any lifestyle. Just brilliant 😊
