  1. I have been following Dominique on social for some time and wanted a kickstart to a reset after a lot of travelling in 2024. By week 2, I was feeling so much better and loved the food I was making. It also brought more enjoyment to cooking again.

  2. RRR has changed my attitude to food, the way i eat and what i eat. Am 61, have tried everything!! Weight loss slow and steady, feel i can sustain this way of eating as a way of life, not a ‘diet’ that has an end to it.

  3. This is an absolutely phenomenal course !!! And an absolute must for sustainable living. I have for the first time at 55 learnt to cook properly for my family and understand good and balanced nutrition. All Dominique’s recipes are easy to cook , taste fabulous and are all family friendly. I am a super busy working Mum of 6 and I have learnt how to put healthy, tasty, low cost , simple to make foods on the table with minimal available time . My menopausal symptoms have reduced , I feel much healthier , have much more energy and am completely satisfied by what I eat as are my entire family. Dominique is a truly gifted clinician and facilitator… hugely knowledgeable and also great fun! Not judgemental in the slightest , no question too small and it has been such a pleasure to spend my Wednesday evenings with her and the rest of my group .   4. Dominique’s program is really very good. Her information is well researched and easy to understand. The plan is easy to follow, even if you are busy. I am feeling more energetic and am sleeping better! I will continue to eat this way!

  5. I felt like I’d lost control of so many aspects of my health after being diagnosed with early menopause a few years ago. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed following RRR. Dominique provides a wealth of information and lots of great recipes. I have lost weight, stabilised my blood sugar and energy levels and also improved my mental health. I feel great and can’t recommend RRR enough.
