    I’m still carrying on with your programme and the recipes on your programme.
    I wanted to say thank you so much for putting such a great program out there, easy to understand and one that you really get results from. You are so lovely and so glad I got to find you on Instagram. Every week I keep losing a bit more weight and so does he.
    I love your posts too. They are so insightful. Thank you for helping ladies like me who struggles, and it seems to be so many by the sound of it. Thank you also for getting rid of some confusion for me. Especially with legumes and pulses. I was always told to only eat it no more than once a week or you won’t lose weight.
    So yes, this message is to thank you very much. So glad I have access to the program for a full year too. All the best with what you do as you really deserve all the success.

  2. I saw Dominique being interviewed and what she said made so much sense and resonated with me. I was struggling with a number of health issues including autoimmune and perimenopause. I was so inspired by what she said that I found out as much as I could about her and had a discovery call and have now signed up to Renew Reset and Recharge. Just wow! 9 days into changing my eating habits and I can already feel huge benefits. I have lost weight, I have so much more energy and my joints have stopped hurting. I can actually walk up stairs to go to bed without knee pain.
    I feel so satisfied after a meal and who knew how much you could do with seeds and vegetables. I have tried so much to lose weight over 30 years (all the usual weight loss programmes) but this is a forever way of healthy eating that just makes sense and fuels your body with goodness and fabulous nutrition. I feel like my adventure into living my life feeling amazing and energised – even more than when I was younger has just begun.

I am renowned for having tried every diet and if you have a room full of women and you run through a list of all the diets in the past 30 years (depending on the audience age of course) there will be quite a few who have tried, like me all or if not most of them, all of us looking for that magic thing that’s going to keep us slim and healthy forever. We go in with good intentions but realise very quickly they’re all the same and in another year or so it’s on to the next new fab.

    Renew Reset Recharge (RRR) isn’t a diet, it’s a lifestyle. Having completed the programme and now continuing on with the joys of food alone, I will say it’s a very successful program. At the start of the I thought I knew a lot, which I did but the science was missing. As the weeks flew by I learned so much, including what foods affect me, How managing the different types of food groups helped with my energy levels. I now eat without feeling hungry and I don’t snack between meals and I’m now experiencing the joys of a variety of new foods.

    There are plenty of handouts with meal suggestions and I tried a few, they were all delicious. I still have so many to try, these will certainly keep me going for a long time. I also like to cook what’s available to me to feel in control and not have to rely on recipes. Since completing the program I throw so many different things together as know how they work. Dominique really encourages you to try different food. I cook most days and even when I want a treat day I find something in the cupboard that works. I’ve even tried vegan recipes, something I’ve never done before. Dominique’s nutritional advice is on the mark, she’s extremely knowledgeable. I found the science of the food I was eating so fascinating.

    To begin with the changes are subtle until you realise oh I’m no longer stiff in the mornings, I slept through the night, clothes aren’t as snug, I’ve lost weight (which I did), people commenting that my skins glowing, that will be a renewed love of berry fruits (which I was scared to eat because of the sugars) and increased vegetables in my diet.

    I could continue but basically. It’s a well thought through program that works. I’ve moved forward with the principles and couldn’t be happier. When you feel good, everything feels positive.

    Do the discovery call it could change the way you view food for ever.

She has put together a very carefully constructed course designed to maximise knowledge and understanding of nutrition using a cutting edge scientific evidence base. Her teaching methodologies are highly motivational and complemented by her friendliness and responsiveness. This means as online teaching goes, it reaches the highest of standards. I can strongly recommend the course for anyone who wants to learn more about placing good food at the centre of a healthy lifestyle.

  5. As a vegetarian and a coeliac, I have always struggled not to eat repetitively. Renew, reset recharge helped me to curb this habit with new and exciting meals. I am not a keen cook, so the ease of preparing and cooking nutritious and balanced recipes suited my lifestyle. Dom’s knowledge and advice during zoom calls was an added bonus so many tips and tricks to keep me motivated during the program and beyond!
