This course is amazing. It really is life changing because it is a mini nutrition course and I now feel that I understand what works and why. I also understand why my previous eating patterns were not working for my body. I can use that knowledge for the rest of my life now. Thank you Dominique for sharing your knowledge in a clear way. I can see that it really will improve my overall health for the rest of my life!
A way of eating that doesn’t feel like a calorie deficit diet. Never hungry, no cravings. It really does work for weight loss but is highly nutritious and your body will love it. The information is top class and backed with science so no faddy eating.
Where to start. I joined RRR because I was unhappy with my body fat gain post menopause. I considered myself a healthy eater but Dominique’s recipes are something else. I didn’t have a lot to lose but in the first week I felt like my body fat was just melting off me. The best thing however was that for a couple of years I had been suffering from severe, debilitating headaches. Within a few days these just stopped, and, I haven’t had one since being on RRR. I use the think (and had been told by another nutritionist) that the headaches were ‘hungry’ headaches so, of course, I had been eating more to try to prevent them. I have now learnt that I can be hungry but it won’t cause any problems. My sleep quality has improved, as has my sense of wellbeing, essentially I have got my mojo back. Dominique’s plan works. The zoom calls are great; I use to listen to them whilst out for a walk. I recommend anyone to try it, as is often mentioned in the FB group, trust the process, you won’t be disappointed. If Dominique spot a flurry of people from Ireland signing up it’ll be because (gym) friends have seen my results.
This has been life changing for me, it has really made me think about the important link between diet and long term health. I have lost weight and feel so much better in myself. I had almost given up hope that I would be slim again and was starting to feel that being overweight was going to be the new norm. I am delighted with the results. Thank you Dominique and team!
