  1. I was quite sceptical about the course and didn’t think it would make much of a difference, but I had just turned 40 and had kind of hit rock bottom and was desperate, so I signed up. And I’m relieved to say that it was 100% worth it. The format of the programme really worked for me – with the combination of detailed handouts, easy recipes, approachable weekly Zoom calls and the support of a friendly Facebook group. In 28 days I’ve managed to lose over 11lbs, the dermatitis on my hands has completely gone, the swelling in my knuckles has reduced and I’m a lot less anxious. But more importantly I’m so much more confident around food. I’ve gone from being a prolific junk food eater who was constantly grazing and didn’t like cooking, to someone that enjoys nutritious food, doesn’t snack between meals and will happily prepare three homemade meals from scratch every day. I’m like a new person! I feel like I’ve got myself back and the confidence has spilled over into other areas of my life – I’m finally tackling tasks that I’ve been putting off for ages. I can’t thank you enough and I would recommend it to anyone.

  2. I completed the RRR 28 day programme at the end of September and I just know this will be with me for life. I am a total foodie and just adore Dominique’s food and all her recipes. I was a constant snacker, mid 40’s and thought of food morning, noon and night. This RRR has been a wonderful experience for me . Finally feel satiated. Weight slowly coming down. And when i slightly fell off the wagon for one day straight after the programme owing to a party it crystallised the feeling that this programme is for me for I felt awful eating all the carbs and the minute I regrouped and started again my body said a big thank you. If any of this resonates with you try this programme.

  4. Dominique I just wanted to say the most enormous thank you ever for your incredible life changing and easy to follow advice on the Renew, Reset Recharge Programme which I have just completed! Honestly it’s been a complete game changer for me and I have loved every minute of it! I have lost weight, completely changed the way I eat and once again I have a spring in my step! I am now going to make it a way of life not only for me but for the family too! Thank you!

  5. I just wanted to say how marvellous the course has been, I have lost 13lbs. in the last month and I’m super delighted.

    For the first time I think since my 20’s I feel I have a strategy to get on top of my ever increasing weight. Over the years, I think I must’ve tried everything going even having a gastric sleeve operation as I was so desperate to get on top of being very overweight.

    Nothing worked until I started the renew, reset, recharge program.
    It’s worked because it has actually enabled me to control my glucose levels and provide me with a structure where I feel complete and not always looking to graze constantly.

    I have a long way to go still, but I feel I’m eating much more healthily and in a structured manner. Do I feel I can go the course for the long-term yes a big positive on this.

    I’m super excited that I feel I’ve now found a solution to getting my weight under control and I can only say an enormous thank you to you for being such a marvellous friendly and informative mentor.
