What inspired you to become a nutritionist?
My journey began with a simple love of cooking and a deep curiosity about how food affects our health. Early in my career, I was amazed by how powerful diet and lifestyle changes could transform my clients’ lives. Seeing those incredible results inspired me to dedicate myself fully to helping others rediscover the joy of nutritious food and take control of their health.
What qualifications do you have?
I hold a Master’s from King’s College London, am accredited by the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine and trained in Functional Nutrition. I stay updated with the latest research to provide expert advice you can trust.
