Pulled Pork with Cauliflower Mash and Apple Sauce
There are many ways to cook pulled pork, but I prefer a slow traditional oven method. Pork shoulder shrinks considerably during cooking, so allow a more generous portion per person than you would with pork fillet. This is a great recipe for entertaining and works well both during the programme and beyond. This recipe shows you how you can still combine 1/2 a plate of vegetables (cauliflower mash and salad), 1/4 plate protein and your fruit simply at the same meal. No one would ever know!
