Chocolate Peanut Bars

These bars are a real treat, but made in a way that still feels aligned with Renew Reset Recharge®. Medjool dates provide natural sweetness and fibre, oats add beta glucan to help support blood sugar balance, and peanuts bring protein and healthy fats to keep you satisfied. The result is a layered bar with a soft base, a gooey topping, and a thick dark chocolate shell that feels far more indulgent than the ingredients suggest. You really to need Medjool dates for this recipe as they are softer and have a delicate caramel flavour. You really only need a small slice, as they are incredibly rich, but they are another of my treats with benefits. If you are going to have something sweet, it makes far more sense to choose a treat made from nourishing ingredients that actually support your body and taste delicious at the same time.
