Omelette with Parmesan Crusted Asparagus

This Parmesan crust is just so easy to make and adds one of the bells and whistles to your plate as you move though the Renew Reset Recharge® Programme. This is perfect or the eternal part of the programme where you just want to maintain all your good work and stay feeling amazing.

You will see that I didn't add carbs to this meal, but my bells and whistles are the Parmesan crust and the extra Feta. As you move through the programme, as long as you have your protein and vegetables on the plate, you can be creative with the other ingredients that you add (as long as they are natural foods).
