This is an alternative idea for the red lentil bagel for breakfast. You can sub the bagel for a flaxseed roll if you prefer or around 50g pumpernickel bread. Other alternative topping ideas could be Mozarella cheese, a poached egg, hot flaked salmon hummus or smashed peas with mint.
