Quick Oat Bran with Chia Raspberry Jam

This is a simple, fibre rich breakfast that is gentle on digestion and very easy to prepare ahead. Oat bran provides beta glucan fibre to support blood sugar balance and gut health, while Greek yogurt adds protein and creaminess. The chia jam brings natural sweetness and an extra fibre boost without relying on added sugars. Oat Bran is higher in protein and fibre than rolled oats, making them a better choice on RRR. Because oat bran thickens quickly, you can eat this straight away or you can make it the night before if you prefer. Add a little extra milk if you do this as the oats will absorb more water overnight.
