Soaked Oats

<This breakfast travels well to work and can be made the evening before. This recipe is slightly lower in protein, so if protein is your goal, maybe look at my oat bran porridge instead, or choose a recipe with extra yogurt. Raspberries (like blackberries) contain more fibre than single berries, such as blueberries or cranberries. This is because these berries contain clusters of tiny berries known as drupelets which give the fruit a higher skin and pip ratio, increasing their overall fibre content.
