Almond Crunch Breakfast
This is a German breakfast I picked up when I was living and working in Germany. It is a breakfast that is gentle on your blood sugars, but it is lower in protein than some of the other breakfasts. Despite this it is surprisingly filling. Team with a higher protein lunch or supper. You can top up the protein with Greek yogurt for weight maintenance or for higher protein needs.
