Herby Greek Yogurt Dressing

This is a fresh, light dressing that works beautifully with salads, vegetables, fish and grilled proteins. It is very adaptable, so you can use whatever fresh herbs you have at hand. I often use chives, basil, parsley and coriander, and if serving with fish, dill works particularly well. Greek yogurt gives this dressing a gentle creaminess while keeping it light and balanced.
