Cauliflower ‘Pilau’Rice
This is a lighter way to enjoy rice, without the rice. Wholegrain rice is still considered a good carbohydrate, however because it is relatively low in protein and fibre, there are other wholefood carbohydrate options that can offer more nutritionally.
