Green Gazpacho with Fish
This gazpacho is a great alternative for the vegetables on Renew Reset Recharge®. You can use any type of white fish fillets for this, such as sea bream, sea bass or mackerel. You can also use this soup as part of your vegetables at any meal. Just remember that if you are still wishing to lose weight, this soup contains a ‘carb’ swap in the form of the avocado. Did you know sea bream and sea bass are some of the only white fish that contains significant amounts of omega-3 fats? So if you struggle with oily ‘fishy’ fish, you might want to include these in your diet to support your omega-3 fats.
