Protein-Rich Scrambled Eggs
This is a really quick hack to get more protein into your scrambled egg!
Two eggs on their own contain around 12g of protein and ideally we want to be aiming for 25g-30g per meal. By combining eggs with cottage cheese, we’re adding another 12g of protein to our plate. Include a big side of veggies (mushrooms, tomatoes, rocket, for example) and you will find yourself full up for longer and less likely to reach for the snack cupboard!
