Does Renew Reset Recharge® follow the Triple 30 Principles?
Renew Reset Recharge® is different from Triple 30 and does not guarantee 30g protein per meal and 30g fibre per day, although it can be adapted to fit these principles. This is because it starts as a weight loss programme, but you will find that is soon opens up to the Triple 30 Principles which are part of the maintenance programme.

Renew Reset Recharge® was created by a nutritionist to support your whole health, not just weight loss. It is built on colour, balance and abundance rather than calorie restriction. You do not follow rigid meal plans but learn simple principles you can use in any situation – at home, on the go, or when eating out. Do I have to join the live Zoom calls?
No, they’re there to support you. Attend live if you can or watch the recordings in your own time.
Can I do this if I’m vegetarian or vegan?
Many recipes can be adapted for vegetarian diets. Since the advice and recipes use all food groups, it is less suitable for strict plant-based or vegan diets.
Is the plan gluten or dairy-free?
Gluten: Most recipes are naturally gluten-free or can be easily adapted (e.g. gluten-free oats, seeded GF bread).
Dairy: Some recipes use yogurt or cheese. Alternatives are suggested, but note that some plant-based swaps may be lower in protein.
Are the meals complicated?
Not at all. Recipes are quick, family-friendly, and use simple, everyday ingredients. No weird powders or expensive extras.
Is the plan refundable?
Due to the digital content and live access, the programme is non-refundable.
How long does it last – and can I do it again?
You will receive the materials over 4 weeks with the live Zoom calls taking place in this time. At the end of the programme, you should feel confident to continue on your own or to move gently onto the maintenance programme. Don’t worry the programme contains plenty of recipes that are quick, simple and delicious, but you will soon find yourself able to create recipes yourself following Dominique’s easy to follow suggestions.
Can I keep the information forever?
Yes, you will have access to the programme indefinitely and will be able to log into the programme, save recipes and download and print any of the information.
Will Dominique give me personalised nutrition advice during the programme?
Dominique is a practising Nutritionist, but due to the group format of this programme she cannot provide individual medical or nutrition advice. For personalised guidance, please consult your GP, physician, or primary healthcare practitioner, as they know your medical history, health conditions, medications, and supplements best.
What measurements are used in the recipes?
I use grams (g), millilitres (ml), tablespoons (tbsp) and teaspoons (tsp). There’s also a conversion guide if you prefer ounces or cups.
Describe the foods used on the programme
Renew Reset Recharge® is based on a healthy Mediterranean style diet with plenty of colourful vegetables, lean meats and fish (very little red meat), fermented dairy (cheeses and yogurts), pulses, nuts, seeds, eggs and tofu. It contains smaller amounts of high-quality carbohydrates each day.
