Autumn Salad

This is a great way of mixing up your proteins on the Renew Reset Recharge® programme. The sweet roasted vegetables contrast beautifully with the salty feta, crunchy nuts, and warming dressing. It is generous, colourful, and deeply satisfying. This recipe contains nuts and seeds which increase the nutrient diversity, but also increase calories slightly, and show how the Renew Reset Recharge® rules can be expanded for everyday life as you move through the programme. If weight loss is still your goal, swap out the nuts for 200g cooked lentils.
