Breakfast Sprinkles

This mixture is an amazing way to jazz up some plain (full-fat) yogurt in the mornings. Add some berries for freshness and you will be full up until lunchtime. Dried berry powders gives a hit of flavour but actually tastes fruity and is a rich source of anthocyanins which are anti-oxidants.
