If you are looking for a higher-protein breakfast, chicken can be a great choice. It is naturally lean, versatile, and pairs beautifully with vegetables or a simple mixed salad. Because chicken is relatively low in calories, I like to add a small portion of cottage cheese or avocado to make this breakfast more satisfying. It comes together in minutes and works well for busy mornings when you want something nourishing and filling. I added the kcals as this is a super light breakfast.
