Coriander and Wasabi Green Dressing

This is a fresh, light dressing with a gentle kick and a vibrant green colour that lifts any plate. It works particularly well with fish, tofu, chicken, beans, lentils and eggs. If you prefer less heat, simply reduce the wasabi to taste.
