Creamy Bircher
This porridge contains a mixture of oats and yogurt. This creamy combo is likely to be a better option for those with poor blood sugar control when they start the programme. The mixture of the extra protein and fats slows down our blood sugar response. It also uses two protein options 50:50 and uses just half your normal serving of oats and yogurt. After you reach your goal, you can add in some sunflower and pumpkin seeds too, but I keep these out for those who are trying to lose body fat.
