Curried Chickpea Burgers

This recipe evolved after some experimenting in the kitchen. I love a good bean burger, but beans on their own can be a little bland, so the flavour here needs to be robust and well seasoned. Within Renew Reset Recharge® this meal counts as both your carbohydrate and protein in one, so no additional carbs are included at this meal. You can however pair it with a large bowl of salad and enjoy the volume and freshness that brings. Moving on from weight loss, or if you are not following Renew Reset Recharge® for weight loss, you could add in flatbread, sweet potate wedges or a wholegrain to your plate. Onions are a fantastic prebiotic and act as food for our healthy gut bacteria. These quick pickled red onions turn a vibrant pink and make a great side dish.
