Feta and Edamame Salad

This is another example of mixing and matching protein sources within Renew Reset Recharge®. Here, feta and edamame are used together. Edamame beans are young soya beans and provide both protein and fibre, making them particularly useful later in the programme when working towards the Triple 30 principles for weight maintenance or a long term, ‘forever’ approach. In this version, avocado is used as the carbohydrate swap, but this can be replaced with lentils or wholegrains if prefer. To top up the protein add in a protein - carb-swap, or add some lentils/ extra edamame beans for your healthy carb portion. Note* Adding 40g edamame beans = +3g protein - 40g cooked lentils = +4g protein - 100g cottage cheese = +10g protein.
