Gut-Boosting Breakfast

The ultimate gut-boosting breakfast! It contains the 4 P’s— PROTEIN, PROBIOTICS, PREBIOTICS and POLYPHENOLS. Probiotics are the LIVE bacteria in the yogurt. The prebiotics are the soluble fibre in the chia and flaxseeds and the Polyphenols are the vibrant colours found in the blueberries: all of which can have a positive influence on our microbiome. This is a great example of where we use half of one protein (yogurt) and half of another (seeds). I used soy milk with splash of kefir to loosen.
