Healthy Chicken, Mushroom and Red Pepper Balti
This is a lighter style curry that delivers plenty of flavour and vegetables while still fitting comfortably within my Renew Reset Recharge® approach. It may not be cooked in a traditional balti pan, but it is a very good everyday alternative. Once weight goals have been reached, you can add extra yogurt or red lentils to thicken the sauce if desired.
