Hummus with Cottage Cheese

Sometimes home-made hummus can be a bit ‘stiff’ and not as creamy as shop bought. So I decided to give my hummus recipes and upgrade. This hummus contains more protein than regular, stays soft and creamy, even straight from the fridge and tastes incredible. Honestly, you wont look back after making hummus this way!
