Orange Chia Pots

Chia seeds are rich in soluble fibre and contain around 34g fibre/100g making them an easy way to UP the fibre in your diet. Adding yogurt makes the texture smoother which most people prefer as they taste more creamy. Do make sure that your chia pudding is LOOSE not dry as chia seeds expand in our digestive tract and absorb a lot of water! Have a glass of water and you will be full up until lunchtime!
