Raspberry Quark

This is a simple, high protein breakfast bowl that works well for breakfast or a post exercise snack. Quark is naturally rich in protein and low in fat, making it a useful option when you want something filling without adding too many calories. This is a very light breakfast for weight loss. I have kept the fibre higher by using raspberries which contain the most fibre of all of the berries.
