This is one of the easiest soufflé recipes you can make and it comes together in under 30 minutes. There is no need to separate or whisk eggs, yet the soufflés still puff up beautifully. They also keep well and can be enjoyed the following day, making them a practical option as well as an impressive one. These souffles are low in fibre so need topping up with a great salad.
