Tofu Miso Soup

Tofu is a fantastic food. It can help us introduce more plant-based proteins into our diet without compromising on flavour. Tofu contains all 8 of the essential amino acids and is made from soya bean curd. Sometimes calcium is used to ‘set’ the curd which can also make it an excellent source of calcium.
