Turkish Eggs

This is one of the quickest, most satisfying breakfasts you can make. Soft-boiled eggs with a jammy centre sit on top of creamy yoghurt, finished with a sprinkling of chilli flakes that adds just the right amount of spice. It is fresh, light and full of protein to keep you satisfied all morning. The ground flaxseeds is a great way of topping up the fibre to keep you fuller for longer.
