Vegan Chocolate Mousse

This recipe has gone viral. I tried various versions, but was very unimpressed with it’s wishy washy flavour, so I gave it an upgrade to make it richer, creamier and much more indulgent.

Raw cacao powder actually packs a punch with 30g fibre per 100g and 27g protein per 100g. I wonder if I should have hidden it in more recipes!
