Watercress and Sweet Potato Soup with Chickpea Wedges
I am getting a little obsessed about the possibilities of chickpea pancakes. Rather than go for my default curry flavours, I wanted to bring in some herbs. I used wild garlic, but you could also use basil. Chickpea pancakes need a lot fo flavour, so you need more than you think—hence the extra garlic flavours.
