Sticky Trout with Salad

This is the perfect MAKE ONE—TAKE ONE meal. You make it for supper and have leftovers for the next day, either to take into the office or for a completely stress-free lunch that needs no brainpower. This is probably my favourite trout recipe, but you could also use salmon. It is just as fantastic with hot vegetables or the salad.
