Pesto Beans

This is a fun take on pesto pasta, but I am using beans instead of pasta which makes it a very gut friendly recipe. Of course you can use red lentil, yellow pea or any other pasta if you choose instead. You can easily double up the quantities to make leftovers or to serve a family. You can use this idea with lots of your favourite pasta sauces, even my Puttanesca recipe from week 1.
