Kippers with or without a Poached Egg

Kippers are very under-rated. They are smoked herrings and are a rich source of omega 3 fats. These fats cannot be made by the body, so including fatty fish 2-3 times a week can help us meet our nutritional needs. Omega 3 fats are vital for our cell membranes, our brain and nervous tissue and exert anti-inflammatory effects in the body.
