Sea Bream with Chinese Spices

You can use any white fish in this recipe. Fish, such as hake, haddock or cod are slightly lower in calories, but sea bass and sea bream contain some oils in their flesh (like other oily fish such as salmon), which means they also contain some omega 3 fats, at around 0.5g/ 100g. Combining white fish with stronger flavours makes the fish taste more interesting and satisfying.
