Week 1

Week 1 gives you access to the whole programme so that you can go at your own pace, but focuses on the Principles of the programme and how it works, gives you Personalised Amounts, Meal Plans, Progress charts, 70 recipes to give you creative ideas for Breakfasts, Lunches and Dinners, Salads, Vegetable and Soups and Dressings and advice on how to get the most flexibility out of the programme. You will also learn how to build the perfectly balanced plate in any situation.

Week 2

  2. I have been following Dominique on IG for a while now. I have never been swayed by fad diets and her advice made sense to me, which is why I started the RRR programme. Although there is a lot of information given, the basic principles are easy to follow. It’s good to understand why eating a certain way affects the rest of your day with regard to making good or bad choices. I lost 6lbs in the first 3 weeks. Then went on holiday and stayed the same weight the last week. I followed the principles as much as possible while still enjoying myself. I will be straight back to following the program more closely now I am home. It’s easily adaptable to the foods I usually enjoy.
