Apple Crumble Pots
This colourful, autumnal pot is a lighter way to enjoy oats and makes a perfect grab-and-go breakfast. It can be made the evening before and kept in the fridge, ready for a busy morning. Option to make more than you need and store in the fridge. Using a red-fleshed Kissabel apple adds in some extra plant compounds called anthocyanins, which are powerful antioxidants. Toasting the oats brings out a wonderful nutty flavour, while mixing in flaxseeds boosts the fibre and creates a delicious crumble topping that sits beautifully over the yoghurt and warm cinnamon apples.
