Fish Bouillabaisse
This is one of those deeply comforting bowls that feels impressive but is actually very simple to bring together. It is rich, fragrant and packed with high quality protein from a mix of seafood, alongside a wide variety of vegetables to support fibre intake and plant diversity. You can change the types of fish to suit your preferences which is why I really like this dish.
If weight loss is your focus, you can absolutely enjoy it on its own. It is naturally balanced, high in protein, and contains a wide variety of plants from the tomatoes, peppers, celery, onion, garlic, and parsley. A generous bowl is often enough. You are welcome to add in some toasted sourdough or even some butterbeans from your allowance. For weight maintenance a splash or wine or vermouth this dish a lovely flavour.
