Omelette with vegetables
2 eggs contain just 12g of protein and 140 kcals which is why a couple of eggs may not fill you up! So.....we often overdo it with the bread to fill ourselves up.
Here is a better way. The yogurt makes the omelette light and fluffy and really ups the volume, ups the protein, AND fills you up for longer.
