Scrambled Egg in a Pepper!
There are 2 ways of doing the peppers in this recipe!
Simple method!
- Finely slice the peppers and cook with the onions in a little EVOO oil in a frying pan.
- Pre-heat an air fryer and cook the halved peppers for 12 minutes at 180°C
