Mackerel Pâté
Mackerel is a low toxin, sustainable fish that is a rich source of omega 3 fats, Eating fish for breakfast might an acquired taste, but it was not so long ago that almost all of our breakfast choices were savoury options. I have teamed this with crudités to keep the calories in check, but for weight maintenance after 4 weeks, feel free to add in a slice of seeded bread too. This will boost up the FIBRE too.
