Yogurt with Berries
Dairy works well for some people and not for others. If you have a problem with inflammation, mucus or an autoimmune condition you may wish to avoid this breakfast for three weeks, before rechallenging dairy back into your diet. If you react to dairy you can substitute it with a non-dairy yogurt such as Greek soya yogurt.
Fermented Dairy has more health benefits than milk as it also contains the live bacteria.
To stay full up for longer, try to find a yogurt or quark with around 10g protein/100g!
