Why did I create it?
I created the Triple 30 Plan to address many of the health concerns I see every day in clinic, in one programme. I wanted to offer a 2 week plan that delivers clear, No-Nonsense Nutrition advice that you can trust, based on the latest science and clinic experience.

Why 30g protein?
Protein is an essential building block in the body that we require daily to meet our needs. Protein also plays a key role in maintaining muscle mass, and is involved in our immunity, brain health and bone density as well as supporting just about every biochemical reaction in the body. Protein is also important for regulating appetite and balancing blood sugars, which in turn supports steady energy.
Why 30g fibre?
Fibre is essential for healthy digestion, but its effects are much more far reaching. By nourishing our gut microbes we are supporting our body in so many ways from brain health and mood, to reducing inflammation as well as stimulating hormones that keep us feeling satisfied for longer and keep our energy and blood sugars stable.

Thank you for formulating the Triple 30 plan, I have been following it for a couple of months now and it has made a massive improvement to my mid-morning/afternoon hunger and energy slumps which was my main objective. I now rarely snack between meals and my digestion is also vastly improved. I have your other fact sheets, so I am a fan and have told lots of people about it.
I am not someone who usually does reviews but Dominique’s triple thirty program was such a success for both my husband and I, I felt I needed to, especially for those who have actually being trying to eat healthy for years .For us the biggest take away was really adding the correct portions of not just protein but fiber as well.We started back in March and it has transformed our eating habits,little to no snacking and have been able to apply principles to other recipes.We have lost 12 lbs to date ,have no plans to lose anymore ,we both have reached our goal weight .After years of trying this and that it really was so simple when following Dominique’s triple thirty plan ,the balance was key for us!!!
I have really enjoyed this plan. I ordered the triple thirty plan with week 1 and week 2 recipes. I printed them out and have them in a folder that I often consult. I’ve made only a few but my other meals are following the same guidelines. My sweets and carb cravings are gone! I’m working hard in the gym to build muscle at the same time so I’m not focusing on calories. The first 2-3 weeks I went down a size but the scale stayed the same. So I know I’m able to gain muscle on this plan. I’m 71 and it’s just very helpful. Look forward to making all the recipes eventually. Thanks, Dominique.
