It is only natural to have lots of questions before working with your own nutritionist who specilaises in your personalised nutrition. Together we share a tight bond and are likely to have a close relationship during our time working together, so it makes sense to talk things through and be sure that we are the perfect match for each other.
Your complimentary discovery call is just that – completely FREE! You will probably pick up lots of tips and tricks during our short 30 minute session, but the goal is work out the best way we can work together and help you reach your health goals, whatever they may be.
You may have a serious health condition that you would like me to work through with you. Or perhaps you simply want to find a way to streamline your current diet and make sense of all the confusing information in the media. I can give you the structure and support you need with advice that is manageable, actionable, simple, and delicious.

- Pre-consultation intake forms; pre-analysis of existing test results, food diary (30-60 mins).
- Initial in-depth clinic consultation, either face-to-face or virtual (60-90 mins).
- Clinical research, relevant to your case.
- Full medical and diet history.
- Explanation of how your diet and lifestyle may be contributing to your symptoms and health.
- Professional, extensive written report, with personalised nutrition, diet and lifestyle recommendations.

* This appointment is 90 minutes of face to face clinic time but requires pre-analysis time as well as an additional 90-120 minutes of clinic time to create your personalised plan, your supplement programme and to collate all the information your will require. When we agree to work together, I am invested in you and your health and committed to helping you meet your goals.
* Extra costs may be incurred for reviewing extensive amounts of pre-existing blood or laboratory results, charged at an hourly rate.
* Nutritional supplements and laboratory testing are not included in this price.
* Most people require at least one follow-up appointment to review progress or make adaptations to your programme.

- 45-60 minute consultation, either face to face or virtual.
- Pre-analysis of any laboratory test results ordered at first appointment or from another health care professional.
- Review of symptoms and your health.
- Interpretation of your laboratory tests.
- Your programme will be adapted to your changing needs.
- You will receive a written summary of our consultation with any changes clearly defined.
- Review of of your supplement programme with amendments, if required.

Additional costs may be incurred through:
- More than one complex laboratory test to analyse and interpret per appointment.
- Longer appointment times, exceeding 60 minutes.
- Comprehensive written reports on your laboratory results e.g., DNA or Stool testing £150 per report. This is optional and depends on whether you would prefer a written report.
- Written letters to other health care professionals who are involved in your healthcare, such as your GP or Consultant £25.

This is my signature nutrition programme and can be used as a stand-alone programme or used as a first step to improving your diet, losing body fat, rebalancing blood sugars or hormones as well as improving you digestion. NOTE: This programme is a 28 day course. It allows you to personalise your own nutrition to some degree, but does not offer one-to-one care. You will however be invited to a group ZOOM clinic which I host once a week where you can ask your questions.

A Power Hour is just that! A full-paced appointment that was designed to help me tailor your Renew Reset Recharge® online programme to your specific needs and requirements. You can purchase this at the same time as your online Renew Resest Recharge® programme or book with me direct.
It may also be right for your if:

- Your would like to change the way you are eating to optimise your health for the future.
- You would like me to tailor your supplements to your body and existing medications.
I would be able to advise you at your discovery call if this would be suitable for your needs.

This appointment is a 60 minute of face-to-face or virtual clinic time and will require pre-analysis of your intake forms as well as the creation of your short report and supplement programme.
* Extra costs may be incurred for longer appointments, charged at an hourly rate. If your health needs are complex, we may need to switch to full nutrition appointment.
* Nutritional supplements are not included in this price.

- 7 bespoke appointments to guide you personally through the programme.

- Tailoring your programme to your needs every step of the way.

- Body composition analysis at every face-to-face appointment to monitor progress.
- You will receive all the material from my signature Renew Reset Recharge® Programme, explained to you by me at your appointments.

This service can be used for:
- More complex health conditions or where there are a number of co-existing health problems and analysis.
- Extensive amounts of pre-analysis with existing laboratory test results, DNA or consultant reports.
- For anything above and beyond my usual appointment criteria for the perfect Bespoke service.
- If required, I can offer in-depth advice on food preparation, menu planning and recipe ideas. I can also talk to those involved in your food preparation whether spouses or chefs. I am also able to spend time with you in the kitchen preparing food and teaching you how to action my advice.

Payment and cancellations
Payments can be made in cash, via BACS or in person with a card reader. You may be asked to pay for your appointment at booking. You will receive a headed invoice via email on request.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask you to do so no later than 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations will be charged at 100% except in extenuating circumstances as it is not possible to fill your appointment at such short notice. If you are late for your appointment, your appointment may need to be shortened to accommodate other clients.
Payments must be made within 14 days of invoice receipt. Please contact me immediately if you have problems paying your invoice. You will receive 1 polite reminder invoice after 2 weeks, giving you a further 7 day to pay. After this any invoices will be charged with a £25 administration fee for each additional invoice sent. If payment has not been received within a reasonable time, unpaid invoices are forwared to a designated debt collection service.
