Dominique Ludwig takes your health seriously. She uses a 360°approach to your healthcare, carefully taking your health concerns, your diet and your lifestyle into consideration and aims to get to the root cause of your health problems.

Dominique uses a completely personalised approach that takes into account:

• Current health and pre-existing health conditions/ diagnosis.
• Current diet, nutrition and lifestyle
• Medical History and any medications
• Existing laboratory/ blood test results
• You complete a detailed nutrition and health questionnaire, as well as a 3-day food diary prior to your appointment.

Using evidence-based medicine and the most up-to-date nutritional science, you will receive:

1. 5 personalised nutrition appointments (zoom or in-person).
2. A detailed report and action plan to fit in around your lifestyle.
3. 4 review appointments to further adapt and optimise your programme.
4. Full explanations and interpretation of your current diet and health alongside your nutrition protocol.
5. Meal planning advice, recipe ideas and food lists.
6. Mindset training – with her Food Freedom method.
7. Personal supplement recommendations, if required.
8. Interpretation of relevant blood test/ lab results.
9. Unique Google drive folder, created just for you, with factsheets, nutrition advice and beautifully balanced recipe eBooks for you to keep.
10. Specific laboratory testing recommendations (optional or if required).
11. GP / Consultant referral letters if required.
12. 10% off all your nutritional supplements, for life.

Dominique works to optimise your health by piecing together all aspects of your health and nutrition. She works with gut and digestive health, weight loss, blood sugar control, hormone balance and many other health conditions. Optional laboratory testing can include DNA testing, stool and digestive testing, blood tests, food allergy testing.
